I need to manage stress.Tired of feeling stuck
when it comes to stress?
If you feel like no matter how hard you try, it's never good enough, you're not alone.
You know exactly what everyone else needs and can take care of them with ease... but when it comes to your own needs its all question marks.
Studies show that 80% of millennials feel like they are falling short. With a staggering majority of the population feeling the same way, it can only mean one thing. Our lifestyle needs to change.
That's why I created Messy Monthly- a free Guide to stress management.
What's in the Newsletter?
The Messy Monthly Newsletter is seasonal and monthly. That means that at the start of each month, you will get new ideas, new practices, new ways to take care of yourself.
You will love some of the practices, and some of the practices might not be for you.
Part of taking care of yourself is knowing yourself well enough to know what you need and leave the rest.
You'll get:
- Grounding practices to slow down and tune in to your body.
- Seasonal, plant based recipes to nourish yourself.
- Journal prompts to dive deeper into your mind and inner world.
- Nervous system regulation.
- Other specialty curated wellness goodies that apply to the season
Hi friends, I'm Kaylin.
I'm a forever student of wellness and big believer in self care.
The biggest problem that we face today is stress. Our minds and bodies have not evolved as quickly as our technology and society and it is a struggle to keep up.
On top of that, there is stigma and shame around taking time away, taking care of yourself and generally doing anything that doesn't add to the bottom line.
I'm here to change that.
My world is all about self care and compassion, stress relief and confidence. It's about YOU.
And I want you to join me.
Messy Monthly is the perfect starting point on - or addition to - your wellness journey.
